Encoding on a dedicated server wit the OS is not Win?

I've been off since the server I had got taken down so I decided to chill for a bit, but now I got a new server & encoding again.

But, my problem is this new server only allows 2TB bandwidth, and....

1.. have no clue how to know if I'm going over or what

2.. igh....I have no 2 lol

Anyhow, I've seen a few dedicated serer that are unlimited, but they don't have Windows as 1 of their OS options.

So, my question is..................................................

Which OS can I get that will allow me to encode as normal?
