Is hotfile.com trustworthy? - Downloader perspective

Hello there.

I have a rapidshare account premium after reading through the privacy policy and terms of service fully to understand that no information pertaining to what you download is stored as they dont have the architecture to do so plus they believe that information is private to the user, which is good good.

I cannot say the same for hotfile.com however as nothing is really said unless I missed it about what information is kept about downloaders. Does anyone know more about this?

Well, I got a reply from hotfile as shown below;

We keep logs related to uploading only (as Rapidshare).
Account information we kept is only email, username.
