From a £10 you can have a 110GB seedbox and VPN, I have a Power slot with them and use VPN and must say the service is top notch!
The box I have is in France giving a French IP Address through VPN so you shouldn't loose out on speed

I think you will need to email them or go on their IRC channel to see when they have slots available.
When I ordered with them I had my login details within 30mins and was up and running!
I had a bit of trouble setting up VPN at first (my fault) but by going on their active IRC channel I got it sorted easy. There is loads of help on there with setting anything additional up, rutorrent I would highly recommend
Speed wise it's difficult to call due to variations but from memory I have had download speeds around 13mb and upload 1-2mb, must say I don't pay loads of attention to it as everything downloads as quck as you would want.
I don't work for them by the way I have just had experience with different providers in the past and this companies customer service is second to none

Best bet is to sign up for a month and see how you get on, you will have a seedbox, vpn and more if you want to set it up, if your not happy after a month cancel it!
