I'm looking for recommendations for a FTP client that can do the following.
1. Use multiple connections when downloading a file.
2. Let you change how much bandwidth is allocated to a download as it is downloading.
3. Make it easy to download to different folders.
I could manage without the last one but it would be very useful.

Thanks guys. I've been using BitKinex which does everything I need but I thought it did not do throttling. It turns out I just hadn't looked in the right place and it does do throttling.
Filezilla or CuteFTP
I started off using Filezilla. I don't see any way to get it to use more than one connection for a download and I don't see how to get it to throttle.

I only know CuteFTP Pro which has this feature : multi connections even for one only file.
It's very usefull I don't understand why other FTP clients haven't it. I've asked that to the Filezilla Dev and this stupid man answers "this feature is useless, if your server can't reach you max speed at home you should change your server, not your client"
