    Have you got Shadows experimental Bittorent client?

    With that u can set your upload rate which can help speed up your download speed, i set mine to just below my max upload speed and get good speeds most of the time. But it really all depends on the number of seeds and peers, if there aren't many seeds there's not much u can do...
