It's a bit offtopic, but how do you guys join it? Do they have open regs or invitations? I've tried for whole week before they got offline and sign-ups were constantly closed.

Its like any other open reg site, you just have to wait until accounts are pruned (like bitsoup). It may be minutes, days, or weeks, keep trying I guess.
