WOW! - my specs are better than yours

but seriously - a shiny new card won't help much, you'll need a new processor and more RAM aswell - how fast and how much RAM? Depends on how much you're prepared to spend

i would get a 2.4c (P4 2.4 ghz at 800 FSB). those are the best to oc in intel's stock of cpu's. amd, it's cheaper, but for ur comp, since ur mobo is for celerons, it might have trouble with ocing, so i would just buy a new computer. i can direct u to some stores for parts and whole computers

    Athlon for sure.

Does your motherboard support DDR? If so get about 512 DDR 3200. That should do well.

EDIT: Oh yeah, you'd need a new board to use AMD anyway. So if you want an AMD then you'll need a new motherboard.

i think Athlons are better value for money, they're slightly slower but they alot cheaper

    512mb should be fine
