Thread: What Is The Best Anti-trojan Software ?

  1. #21
I agree w/3rd, to add, there are several ways that a port is opened and Norton/other known good programs don't catch. Anti is good. I have a program that was created by, who else, a hacker and will post a link about. I have it installed yet it's running processes are merely invisible and won't even bother u if u get trojans (if u have the settings that way, it'll just block them and/or close the port).

btw, is my browser or does Catracho have an invalid avatar address?

Not for me, Norton found the "download.trojan",
told me where it was ( in C:/windows)
told me it was infecting, csrss
but it could not remove it. I had to reinstall WinXP to get rid of it

i gotta agree that norton is fallible, ive had other progs detect trojans that nortons missed, but, hey zasu, if norton detected it, it should be in symantecs knowledge base, with removal instructions (just lettin ya know so you dont have to reinstall xp next time)
I am just a worthless liar. I am just an imbecile.
I will only complicate you. Trust in me and fall as well.
I will find a center in you. I will chew it up and leave.
I will work to elevate you just enough to bring you down.
