if i have a VIDEO_TS folder, do i burn it as DVD-Video or DVD-ROM(UDF/ISO)?

DVD Video.

If you select DVD-video in Nero you already see 2 premade folders if you got a rip just drag all the files into the video_ts folder

You can burn it as both..but the udf/iso is supposed to be more compatible with standalone players and consoles.
