I didnt know there was a office 98. Try the verifieds, all versions should be compatible with 98, i know office 2000 +Xp are, not sure bout 2003 though!

yep office 2000 works 200% well on windows 98, i also used office xp on windows 98 in the past with no problems either.
Very cool. Now I just need the verified. I looked in the verified section, but only saw XP, and I'm gonna get 2000. I assume I need a CD-key for it as well...
office Xp is far better than 2000! get Xp but it takes up lots of room on your hdd! you will need a CD key aswell.
Well, she has a super old computer though with very limited space, so Office 2000 is the way to go for her. I can't find the hash for the verified though.
