Converting one format into another, changing resolution, colour depth and stuff like that.

for the really fancy stuff, phtoshop, but i dont know if it does format converting, it probably does and i just havent found the feature yet

I don't need to cut down the whole forest just to make a single match.
I need a small program 1-5-10 MB max; right click on a item, hightlight an option and click. Presto. So, ok let's say only format->format conversions maybe resolution.

it sort of described what you were after....
yep, its free, just checked it, and theres also this for converting formats, and i its a small prog

i agree about the 'cuttin down the forest', but when you started talkin about color depth and such, photoshop just popped into my mind, or paintshop, but yeah, theyre huge progs
