Most of the guys who were involved with the site, have left BT. (Epik, SWiFT and a couple of other guys)

Out of curiosity, by leaving BT do you mean no longer staffing sites or leaving the BT world all together?

And they also had a fake page where you had to click a certain spot in the logo to log in. Looks like that didn't work to overcome what appears to be lack of interest, or maybe funding.

The most difficult part when creating a tracker is to maintain an active userbase .That's why trackers like black rabbit , scenelife (now sex) won't make it and shut down.

Sct was the best , i remember as soon as torrent appeared there were like 50 snatches in one minute
