I have just installed an ASUS Dvd drive to watch regular DVD's.
The enclosed ASUS software won't play legit DVD's as it says that it cant play a protected DVD when the TV out of the graphic card is enabled (just a S3 Savage4).
This seems reasonable except that the graphics card has no TV out.
I can play the DVD's back through Media Player so I know the graphic card supports DVD playback (and it's listed on the DVD drive box as supported) but I want to know if there is a way to get the ASUS software working or if I should be using another package?

Currently WinDVD 5.1 is said to be the best DVD player...
