GMT is the one going through Britain, Portugal and western Africa, btw

GMT+1 goes through Mainland Europe, Scandinavia and Central Africa.

Look at the area you live in, look at the coulour. Then look straight down the map and look for the one which matches. That's your one.

It is an international time zone line JC. Take it away and Einsteins theory on time travel would become a reality overnight. Now wait a minute if you take it away would there be an overnight? Oh to hell with it is there a nd it is staying there.
