Thread: How To Split Movies

    Can someone tell me how i can split a movie. When I downloaded the movie it was 730 mb, after the conversion it was 1250mb. Now I cant burn it on cd. Do someone know a program which i can split it in 2 pieces of 625 mb.

    Use Tmpgenc that will work just go to file>mpeg tools

    Yeah wrong section. But anyways you could also try Virtual Dub go to www.vcdhelp.com and go to the edit section and it has heaps of guides on how to cut/join and do other shit for all the file formats.

    If you use tmpgenc to decode whole avi then cut the mpeg into two using VCDcutter or similar mpeg cutter.
    Been doing this for a while now and have no sync problems, i used to have with splitting avi first.

    thers a version in my sig

    and tmpgenc has a spliter built in, no need for another program to split it
