Virtual Dub

Following a guide for converting DVD to VCD im given this step:
"Launch Virtual Dub and select the test.avs file from the file menu."
I searched my comp but found no test.avs file, how do i get this file or make one since obviously i need it for the next step?

it does not mention anything about Launch Virtual Dub here.
