Ugh...new Avatar Time

I seem to be haveing trouble finding an avatar that suits me. I'll just have to use this (Green-haze) avatar untill I can find one. Any one got any good suggestions?

I can't change my avtar....It says Sorry, that is not a valid file extention...?
