Max Payne 2 Help!

I just downloaded and installed Max Payne 2 and when I start playing it for about 3 minutes it just exits me out of the game? Any Ideas?

try getting the newest video drivers

doesn't give any error?

I have the latest nvidia drivers installed,and no it doesnt give me a error message.
