Are you using DivXG400 by any chance? (codec pack)
If so right click DivXG400 icon in system tray. Go to Picture/Picture adjustment/
Force verticle flip-click menu-choose flip output/apply/okay

open the movie in Mplayer2.exe (it should be on your PC)
right click the image
select Properties>Advanced
Then in one of the "video filters properties" look for a "flip video" option
