Subtitles

Does anybode know if there is a programm that can subtitle my movies(divx) without letting the audio go out of sync?
Everytime I try to put subtitles under the movie I have to wait a bit and when I play the movie the talking comes first and the audio and subs follow later, I could do with some help.........

This guide works perfectly for subtitles, i used it on some of my movies.

I am alwasy going to recomend dvdhelp. its so good.
