Use the search feature... this question has been asked just about every day, i believe there's even a thread about it on this very page...

These are just the ones that have been asked... i think today.
one way i have managed to do it before(not all the time) was to kill off explorer then restart it then delete
You can download a fix for this problem from here (Right click and save target as).
When the download is complete right click the file and choose install.
