PussyTorrents or Pornbay has a load of Asian XXX, although unfortunately not HD
Rev-TT has a large selection of HD XXX but from what I can see, no Asian...
I don't know of any personally that does Asian HD, but surely there must be one somewhere... good luck

PussyTorrents has mostly scene releases and majority of them as youve mentioned are not H, simple dvdrips 800+ kbps.
Ive being doing some digging and found this tracker hdnew.org .Its kinda new from what i can tell and they dont have that much material yet+ there is no english translation at all but it seems thats the one i might stick to. They got these 3000 bitrate wmv movies + some HD stuff as well. I guess im going to keep an eye on this one for a while but it would be awesome if there was another source for this kind of movies\\

I checked Fileporn's HD section, but they only had 7 torrents. A search for "asian" in HD-T's 720p and 1080p sections yields just as much results.
