How Do I Burn Mvcd?

I just got this file "[Mvcd]Mystic.River.PROPER.TELESYNC-VideoCD[full_burn_Nero]" When I try to burn it as VCD or SVCD with Nero, it gives me an error that the file is not compliant with any of the formats to burn. How can I burn it without having to encode it, so it will play on my DVD player?

mvcd/kvcd/skvcd are all NON compliant, you can pick vcd and it will check it, then kick a error saying its not compliant do you want to turn off standard compliance and continue or re-encode, you pick turn off standard compliance

or you can just un-tick the box when you pick vcd
