Changelog:

• Now when double clicking a file in K-Dat, all data without gaps is extracted to a temporary file and executed with default application
• New modes available:
  Extract data without gaps
  Extract data replacing gaps with 0x00
  Extract data replacing gaps with 0xFF
• K-Dat now shows a progress dialog while extracting files, allowing you to cancel the process as well
• TToolBar2000 component dropped for easy recompiling of the code
• Editing while Kazaa is running displays an error message, but allows you to retry the same operation
