Mohaa Breakthrough Problem

I dled mohaa breakthrough from suprnova nd wen i go to setup to install the game it say

windows cannot find medal_of_hour_breakthrough_code

and the surtp closes, any1 else had this problem or kno how to solve it?

ahhha dont extract the file from image file use cdr win or any other program to mount it
