On a Pentium III based machine what kind of RAM would it normally have? PC 133 or DDR 2100? I'm thinking PC133 but im not sure.

there is no generic type of ram for a certain processor. ddr will always be better, considering your motherboard supports this.
I know...i was just saying what is the TYPICAL ram on a system with a Pentium III? Were there alot of DDR boards suppporting the Pentium III?

OK if i saw a pc with a p3 in it i would guess its got sdram in it but thats about it.
If you were planning on getting new ram for this pc, its always a good idea to open it up and have a look for your self before buying.
Oh yeah most ddr boards are compatible with p3 chips but its best to check.
Thanx guys!
