Help I need to do this "AVI 2 GIF"

Without the PIXELation effect.


I got a few "AVI to GIF" programs, but they leave that pixel effect. I need a smooth image. The GIFs keep looking grainy. I used to have a program that worked perfect, but I can't remember the name of it or where I downloaded it at.

Anyone know of a good program for what I need?

Use Jasc Anamation Shop, just load the avi in there and save as gif.

and if it's a really big .avi file, use something like Virtualdub to find the frame numbers that you want to be part of your gif, and do it through
the animation wizard.
