Shane is so far the only character to show real depth.

Even zombies would consider you the special one of the group.

Not that I'm psychic but I think I can guess where HeLLboy is going with this.

Also as to " the first season being better" or not I think that depends entirely on if you buy into both the author's and the TV show runner's idea that The Walking Dead isn't really about fighting zombies at all.
I am sort of curious though if the producers have the balls ,which as of yet they haven't shown ,to follow down the same grim path as the comics.

Either way I hope they introduce The Hunter's as I'm all for equal opportunity cannibalism.

I don't know about you, but personally I'm faster off the mark than a tree sloth, it's those hippo's you've really got to watch out for.

This and American Horror Story are my new favorite shows. I only wish more shows like these were on. Thankfully both got picked for another season.

Aren't there some British zombie/horror shows? I think I remember Idol mentioning something about this somewhere a while ago. But then again with my memory it could have been his sister from the other night that told me.

Being Human? No zombies that I know of but vampires, werewolves and ghosts.

There was Dead Set a miniseries combining Big Brother and a zombie apocalypse which was pretty brutally effective if looking a little on the cheap side.

See also the Torchwood: Children of Earth miniseries which a lot of people seem to like and Sea of Souls a "Scottish X-files".

Then there's Misfits which isn't horror but fantasy but incredibly highly regarded.
