Working for the CIA - huh - It is a person who disturbs you all the
time - I would tell someone who do this REALLY openly - otherwise he oculd misunerstand something - what I am thinking? that he sholuld not disturb me, ok
he is just human, but he should please not to do it - cause there other more
important issues.

or other solution if you have some more time: just make a really long
discussion with him until he is no longer interested and want to go sleeping...
