Well all I am saying is that my new heatsink is way more silent then my old one.My 80mm fan doesnt make any more sound then my power supply fan.

i went into watercooling just so i could be a silent running rig... i don't know if i could handle all the noise you have going on... you are probably churning out at least 30-40 db
