My ATI Tv Wonder VE card is having problems working. (even after that recent dx9b patch)
Is it bad when the car shares the same IRQ with the graphics card and IEEE? How do i change these around so it has it's own IRQ?

Are you using those IRQ 3 and 4 Communication ports (COM 1 and 2) ?

Most likely not. Try disabling them in your CMOS.

Yea just tried that after i posted this thread. Those 2 arnt being used now, but 16 is still shared between the 3 devices.. Must have to manually set somethin. The IRQ settings in my BIOS arnt very detailed.. there's like 5 or 6 of them.

You should get a new component. It sounds crazy, but the amoung of hassle that that piece of hardware calls for it to be exchanged for a better one.

edit: I like your new sig!

Open up your case and rub cheese on it
