Yeah I'm busting out with my PCI card haha. Newayz....are you just trying to disable a graphics card/controller? Cuz then you can go to a Start-Settings-Control Pannel-Administrative Tools-Computer Managment-Device Manager- Then find your video card and right click on it and click disable.
