    You aren&#39;t familiar with too many operating systems I&#39;d guess. You might have compared it to dos and been a bit closer. Regardless, all these systems have a purpose and there will always be people who find even the most unfriendly software to their liking.

    the Aston shell is pretty good.

    The only thing that im having problems with is all my games run shitty then when i go back to explorer they run fine.

    yeah, explorer is just the windows shell and file manager.

    You could end explorer.exe and just use a command prompt to browse all your files

    No, but really explorer is a big part of windows just like x server and nautilus (file manager) in gnome are big processes runnning in the background on linux. They take of a lot of memory but their worth it.

    Buy more ram

    The aston shell is pretty cool.

    I like the default themes, their neat. I think Ill try it out for a while. But I need to find a crack for the 30 day version.
