If I remember, FSC, dos have an OPEN take in application, screening , every year here, for the past 2 concurrent years.
The last one was hosted by Caesar, correct me if I am wrong.....hope that happens this year again, usually around the summer time, for most countries, winter for Australia and some down under countries.....
