CHDbits rarity is not level 2 anymore, it must be level 5 or 4 at least. Only few members have invites there. Although rarity doesn't match rating in most cases, CHD is the second best HD tracker now.

Both. DS uses external trackers as well as their own. They are currently tracking 33,590 torrents.
