Bandwith is how much speed you get for downloading/uploading. Some ppl think that most of your bandwith is on how big your cord is that you connect on, but i don't believe that.... For the simple fact that, a normal phone line, runs a 56 kb/s, without telephone usage , but yet you can get a 256-512-768 kb/s (DSL) that runs on the same phoneline, and does allow you to use the phone while you're connected. But yet, you also have the T1 connection that runs on the same phoneline . Somehow I think that companies jip you out of your phone line.
