I would probably place that one in top 5... even if it's not as requested on private forums and such it is one of the most requested on public forums, especially forums that have torrenting as their main category.

Didn't they have signups via IRC, making it easy to join without knowing anyone with an invite? That's what username- may be referring to.

I was mostly thinking it's like asking for an IPT account, but yes. in addition they have open sign ups via IRC. TL is up there with the easy trackers to join. TL invites are easy to come by. I assumed the list would be filled with a "list of hard to get" trackers.
