Just wash your hands after going to the bathroom, whether you piss or take a crap. How long does it take to wash your hand and dry it with a towel? 5 seconds..
No need for soap when you go to pee. But taking shit, soap is reccomended..

Come on, who's health is more important? Yours or theirs? You don't want to touch yourself with dirty infected hands before you pee. Who cares if you don't wash afterwords? You'll only infect other people with your pee germs.
