I am trying to connect to the internet or just open some programs. A
screen pops up saying program has performed an illegal operation and
    will
shut down. When I clicl on details it says Juno caused an invalid page
fault in module kernel 32.DLL at 017f:bff7b9f5. This all started when I
tried to open a picture that someone had sent to me. Can someone help me?

Try and get a copy of Registry Medic ver 2.6. Your problem will be solved.

Try also Registry Crawler and find that file or picture that was sent to you.

    Picture files can't hold viruses.

When you get your system back up & running, open any folder then select Folder Options from either the Tools or View menu.
Click the View tab, then remove the tick (checkmark) from the box next to Hide extensions for known file types
Then make a habit of always deleting any attachments you receive that have a double extension eg britney_spears_naked.jpg.scr or really_funny_joke.txt.exe
if your font size is this small i'll add you to my ignore list because you're wasting my time, OK?

Good point made Smurfette. I was going to say the same thing myself. Good job on choosing the name for the fake files especially the first one
