This only happends when i try to restart "software wise" through Windows XP and Windows 2000.

When i goto the restart option.. it acts normal.. then when my computer starts it doesnt show anything for a long time..forceing me to manually press the restart button. After i press the restart button, it will correctly restart. I even tried exiting the BIOS and it correctly restarts.

    How do i fix this?
Only has happend from Windows' software restart method..
