On the subject of the very spangly dress that didn't fit, that got shredded by my ex along with the rest of my belongings before I got a chance to wear it back in April 2011. How crass though to be talking about its cost. Some people have no class. On the subject of the reciprocal presents left outside my front door, I washed/dry cleaned/buffed them up and gave them away as presents to various other males in my family and acquaintance during a time of particular financial hardship. So all's well that ends well

Shredding the rest of your belongings is a bit harsh.
Did he get one of those wood chipper things and just bung the crockery and telly and chrome bins et al in en masse.
I have this picture of you in my mind, coming in from work and sitting on a pyramid shaped pile of dust which used to be your settee, surveying the scene with a great big 'wtf' expression.
I plan on beating him to death with his kids. I'll use them as a bludgeon on his face. -

That's a shitty thing to do, Dave. I don't know why I'm telling you this, you don't care about being a shit human, you only care about the picture of yourself you're painting to us, the members. You care about that.
Demonstrated here by your posting of a pic of someone who hasn't said it's okay for you to do so. You could at least edit the face out. It's unnecessary to your point.
