It seems that after 2010, there's been a slow but steady drop in forum activity, and nowadays it's quite severe. I guess people are losing interest because there are little threads worth posting on, which in turn causes others to do the same. It's sad, but I wouldn't expect them to keep on posting if they don't feel like it.
