I just restarted the download and it&#39;s getting better, lol, I was going at 0kb/sec - 1kb/sec for the past 3hrs and now just restarted at leats I get 2-3&#39;s now

PTC Client is pretty unstable IMO, it takes up to much system resources and kinda slows down ur entire comp while allocating and checking existing data . I think it&#39;s back to shad0w experimental for me. Not to mention even if I capped it at 1kb/sec it uploads at 3-4.

And my download can&#39;t exceed 1kb&#33;&#33;
