Last I heard there were actually two groups touring with the name RATT. One led by the original lead singer, Steven Pearcy, and the other with the rest of the guys (one of them died though).

As for the original question, I heard of Kix but I don't think I know any of their songs. But I have all of RATT's albums. Out of the Cellar and Invasion of Your Privacy were the best.
