I`m going with printed. Nothing wrong with digital but lacks that "physical bit". Paging to the next frame isn`t quite the same as flicking over the page in an album (sentimental twaddle I admit)

Diet stuff, I take enough cals from alcohol anyway so no need to take them from soft drinks too (and I really can`t tell the difference)
Turkey/Chicken: Dark meat or white meat? (no racist thing but I find it is a debate around Crimbo and the turkey cuts)
