Thread: Avi To Vcd Format Using Tmpgenc Plus

  1. #1
I need a different prog to use for encoding avi files (Toy Story.avi) to mpeg-VCD compliant format...however when I used TmpgEnc Plus I got video/sync errors about 75% into the movie...its pretty far off, id say about 3 seconds and is really annoying. Whats a good prog (preferably easy to use), that hopefully won't have this problem? Thx

tmpgenc can do it, but I never had to because I do it right the first time, you MUST REMOVE BAD FRAMES BEFORE YOU TRY TO ENCODE

    http://divxrepair.sourceforge.net/

there was a kick ass guide on the FTCBB by LD on how to fix synce problems with tmpegnc but I think it lost now that they got shut the fuck down again grrr

maybe there is another guide for tmpgenc at dvdr help
