If you are looking for a comedy that is really good IMO try Still Game its a Scottish comedy about foul mouth old pensioners played by younger people. It takes A while to get use to the accents but what a funny show.

The Red Band Society.Recorded it on a whim.Thought I'd hate it but ended up really liking it as it did a good job of turning characters who are basically cliches into people you care about.
As it basically tanked in the rating and with very little room for interesting stories to tell,probably not long for this world though.Oh well,better to burn out than to fade away or something.
