I have a Dell desktop computer with Windows 95 installed. Drive G (the
CD drive) doesn't work. When clicking on drive G on My Computer, a message reads, "G:\ is not accessible. The device is not ready." Any suggestions?

did u upgrade or change something in the computer recently? how long has it been out of order? considering you have win95, i'm assuming the drive is old - cd drives have been known 2 die, and yours sounds like it should be dead by now.
does the bios find it in post?
