Docs4you, Is open at the moment, It's not really a tracker as such. But It does have a few torrents, not a lot tho.
Contents: Documentaries of all sorts, Comedy, Drama and Sci Fi.
But no movies allowed

Are you sure? I could swear I registered back in 2008 or maybe 2009. It was an okay 0-Day tracker, fine but nothing spectacular.
