Internet speed

My internet speed has just been slowed down as i have used my 50 gig these are my readings now do they look right as it seem slower then 256kbps to me.

Slowed down does mean slowed down and 256k is the default lowest limit on ADSL. Just think back to dial-up days and revel in your awesome 256k connection.

I should explain further, although your line has been slowed to 256k, with line attenuation (noise) your actual connection speed will always be lower than the maximum speed. Attenuation increases with distance from the DSLAM, so the further you are from the cabinet you are connected to, the less line speed you will have.
